Great news peeps: Shipping is charged at R100 to anywhere in South Africa, either door-to-door or counter-to-counter. But, please note that shipping usually takes 2-6 working days. Please ensure that you have given us a valid physical address for the delivery of your purchased product(s). We cannot be held liable for any invalid addresses given to us by you. In the event that you provide us with an invalid address, additional charges will be billed to you to cover the additional shipping cost. We will not be responsible for your shipping costs if non-defective products are returned by you to us.

This amount will be deducted from your refund, only if a refund is applicable. Non-defective products must be returned to us within 30 days of the product(s) being delivered to you by us. Non-defective products must be returned to us in their original packaging with all labels attached, and please do not return the product if it has been used- we can tell! However, if within 6 months of delivery of any product(s) by us to you, you find that the product(s) is faulty, not commercially acceptable, unsuitable for the purpose generally intended, or not legally or reasonably durable i.e. defective, we will then send you an exchanged product- mahala! But, this will only happen once you have sent us the defective product(s) back within the aforementioned timeframe- at your own expense.

Next day delivery can be selected as an express delivery option
at an additional charge of R200 in South Africa,
